The first High School in Las Vegas! Originally known as Las Vegas High School from 1931 until 1993 when it was renamed the Las Vegas Academy for International Studies and Performing Arts, and then renamed again to the Las Vegas Academy of the Arts in 2014. The iconic red-brick and Art Deco buildings remain protected on the National Register of Historic Places
This pin measures 1.25" wide, and comes in white or red enamel. The Main building was white when I attended in 2006, but was painted red (the original building color) in 2008.
