This nonprofit is not affiliated with the owner of the building, but they are working to hold the owner accountable for the upkeep and preservation of the building. The Huntridge Foundation is also not affiliated with the "Huntridge Revival" or the IndieGoGo fundraising campaign that occurred in 2013.
